Loved this workout!
Did the rowing machine instead of air dyne with the first exercise, DAMN!!
Had an average pace of 125m in the 20sec max effort...
So 2,5km at the end of the whole 20min!

Then did the squats with 75% 1RM instead of 80%, legs were still a bit wrecked...
Did 120kg 10x3 eventually

And finished with the dips and 30sec max effort rows...

It was mad fun, cant wait for tomorrows workout! ^^
