I am a crossfitter, but am working on my Olympic lifts for both technique and strength. I Crossfit at my affiliate 4-5 days a week and do a couple strength workouts of Oly lifts on my own in the evenings each week. Would you recommend following the olympic lifting protocol for these supplement evening workouts? |
