Did the CrossFit WOD today - had to fit it in inbetween coaching mobility and snatches. Only got the back squats and strength parts in. Not enough time to get super heavy - 185lb bs and 125 c&j. Did 105 on the strength.

I know other people out there are following Mike's Gym, and I've been terrible about posting results of late, but we all need to post results so we can see how we are doing! If you are following Mike's Gym, please post your results too!
