2. pwr snatch + ohs: work up to 85% of best pwr snatch and do 1+3 ohs x 4 sets
rest 10 minutes
3. pwr clean + pwr jerk: work up to 85% of best pwr clean and do 1 + 2 x 4 sets.
rest 10 minutes
4. front sqt: heavy single, but not a max!!
stretch, pool or cold shower.
