1. snatch: work up to 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% all for singles.

2. clean and jerk: 80%x2, 85%x2, 90%x1, 95%x1

3. front squat: 85%x4x2, 90%x2x2

4. snatch shrugs: 125%x5x4

5. back ext with weight: 3 x 10

6. sit ups x 50
