Strength:
EMOM for 12 minutes, perform:
-Odd minute = 5x back squat (Start at 70% and increase the weight each round)
-Even minute = 20m prowler push (AHAP)

Work Capacity:
1) Complete 10 rounds for time of (10 minute cap):
-6x thruster (95#/65#)
-12x pull up

Core:
1) 400m farmers carry for time (70#/53#)
