tuesday:

1. cleans: work up to 80%x3x2, 85%x3x3

2. pj+jerk: work up to 80%x2x2, 85%x2x3 sets

3. clean pulls: 100%x5x2, 105%x4x3 sets

4. rdl: work up to 95% of best clean x 5x5

5. box jumps x 5 x 4 sets

CrossFitters

Strength:
1) 3x hang squat clean - 10 sets x 3 reps x every 90 seconds. Work up to a max for the day.
2) Work up to a 1 RM shoulder to over head.

Work Capacity:
1) Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
-10x ring dips
-10x toes to bar
-1x legless rope climb

Conditioning:
1) Row 2,000m for time
