2) Deficit deadlift - 8 rounds, every 30 seconds
-1 rep @ 3in deficit at 85% 1 RM

Work Capacity:
1) Complete the following for time:
-100x double unders
-50x DB snatch (70#/50#)
-25x toes to bar

Conditioning:
4 rounds - every 4 minutes:
1x 400m run
10x back extensions
