saturday: a bit different today;
1. snatch: work up to 50%x1, 55%x1, 60%x1, 65%x1, 70%x1.
2. high hang clean + jerk. 1+1 at 40%, 45%, 50%
3. mid thigh clean + jerk: 2 reps at 55%, 60%, 65%
4. clean and jerk: 1 reps at 70%, 75%, 80%
5. 100 abs.

Strength:
-Perform the Olympic lifting WOD above, minus the abs.

WOD:
1) Complete the following for time:
-200m prowler drag (AHAP...I want this to be hard, but doable. Should be accomplished in 5 minutes or less)
-100x double unders
-25x muscle ups
