1. back sqt: 60%x10, 70%x8, 75%x6, 80%x4x2
2. front sqt: 60%x5, 70%x4, 75%x3x3
3. 1 arm db bench + 1 arm db row: 10+10 x 5 sets. do 1 arm db bench x 10, work the other arm, then work 1 arm db row x 10 then the other arm. this is one set.
4. push press: 3 sets x 5 reps use heavier wt. each set.
5. chins: 3 sets x 5-10 super set with the push press.
6. back and abs of your choice.
