AM: Run 4 miles at moderate/fast pace.

PM:
1) Complete 5 rounds of the following:
Run 400m
15x burpees
20x air squats
25x sit ups

2) 200m Walking lunge

3) 5 rounds - Sprint 100m, 100m recovery walk
