1. halting clean deadlifts + clean:+jerk. work up to 80% x 1 hold 2 sec. + 1 clean+1jerk. work position and work on staying back. no more than 6 workable sets. you select the weight.
2. fs: heavy single, take 90% of single x 2, 85% of single x 3 x 3
3. light good mornings x 5 x 3 sets. work on staying back.
4. abs: elbows to knees x 25 total reps.
