1. snatch: joe mills timed workouts: start with 60% x 1 x 5 and snatch on the minute. add 2.5 kg to each side and do 1 rep x 5 sets on the minute. add 2.5 kg to each side and repeat 1 rep x 5 sets on the minute. add 1.25 kg to each side and do 1 rep, keep adding wt. for 5 more sets. take as much time as you need for the last 5 sets. great workout.

2. back sq + fs: bs 70%x5, fs 80%x1, bs 75%x5, fs 85%x1, bs 80%x5, fs 90%x1, bs 65%x10, fs 70%x5

3. evil wheel: 3 x 10

4. beach exercises: must include chins here 25 total.
