2. front sqt: work up to 72%x4, 77%x4, 82%x4, 85%x3, 88%x2, 90%x1x3

3. db bench x 10 + 1 arm db rows x 10 each arm. x 4 sets. you select the wt.

4. rdl's x 6 x 4 sets: you select the wt.

5. hanging leg raises x 10 x 2
