jack went to the venue 40 min before the lifing began and stayed there until lifting ended!!! this guy is awesome and usa weightlifting owes much to jack hughes!!!

1. PWR SNATCH + SNATCH: 1+1. GO AS HEAVY AS YOU CAN IN THE PWR SNATCH. WHEN YOU MISS A PWR SNATCH, REPEAT THIS WT. 2 SETS.
