1. front sqt: work up to a heavy single. -10 kg x 2, -5 kg x 3 x 2.
rest 10 min
2. back sqt: work up to 80% x 3 x 4
3. push press: 6, 4, 3, 2, 1
4. kb swings x 10 x 3.
5. turkish get ups x 4 on each arm x 3 sets.
