2. cln pull: 100%x2x2 (speed thru the middle)

3. cln deadlift for positioning: 100%+10 kg x 2, + 20 kg x 2

4. push press: 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 finish that last 3 heavy!

5. box jumps: 15 total jumps
