1. muscle snatch + ohs: max out ms
2. back sqt: work max single: take 85% of that wt. x 3, 80% of that wt x 3.
3. sn pull: work up to 100%x2, +10 x 1
4. cln pull: work up to 100%x2, +10 x 1
5. press: your choice. bench, incline, db, push press....any kind of press you want. i want them heavy and i want 5 x 5. after each set of presses i want a set of pull ups or chin ups x 10.
6. back and abs. your choice.
