1. 3 pos cleans: high hang, below knees, floor: 70%x1+1+1 x 5 sets
2. rack jerks: work up to 80%x1x3
3. clean pulls: 90%x3x2
4. clean deadlift: 105%x2, 110%x2

stretch: you need it.
