Coach,

Thanks for posting your squat programs in the programs section. Do you have a specific order in which you use them throughout the year? I am a discus thrower. Thanks for a great website!

personally,    i have had a great deal of success with the hatch routine first.  however, i warn you, you cannot do much with the oly lifts during this cycle because it is an ass kicker!!!  after the hatch program i like the burgener program of 10 sets of 3 reps.
