I've noticed in some pictures of Mike's Gym that there are chains set-up for squatting, how much squatting do you do with chains and how much weight do you use, typically most people use chains with light weight?

we rarely do chain squats, but we do them periodically, mostly when i feel a athlete needs work at driving up or out of the hole.  it transitions nicely with the clean...catching the bounce out of the hole on a deep clean.   i will add them to the front sqt  normally about 80-85% of their best clean and try to do at least 5-10 sets of 3 with them.   its a tough workout.   i have also on occassions although not very often have used chains and their extensitions with the snatch.....now that is evil!!
