Hey coach. Just looking for some feedback. Hit a pr the other day.

All in all, pretty good lift; however, there are 2 major things that you are doing wrong. 1) You are shooting your butt up as you first begin the pull the weight off the floor. When that happens, you take your legs out of play and only have your back to lift with. You want to keep your butt down, lift with your legs and get the knees back out of the way so that you can hit a perfect launch position. 2) Your are pulling with your arms too soon. Remember shoulders lead and arms follow. Your arms should only bend to pull yourself under the bar. Keep up the good work!
