Coach I'm looking for some advice and coaching on keeping the bar close to the body. The problem is during the transition from the second pull and the third pull, during this time the bar seems to be drifting away from the body. It doesn't look like bar is hitting the athletes hips. Thanks

that is why we do the burgener warm up daily! the 2nd exercise, the down and up + elbows high and outside is a Q that i use to keep the bar over the base of support----the feet!
