Hey Coach,
If you were to see someone do an overhead squat but their shoulder were shaking what would you think. Not swaying, but shaking. Is it just a strength problem or have I not found "the sweet spot" yet? What also happens is when I get to the bottom my elbows want to unlock when I turn around. Your help would really be appreciated.

this could be both. to me i would have you doing a ton of sn balances and sn pp+ohs to get you strong in that bottom position. if you are still shaking after a 3-4 wk period i know there might be some kind of problem with the cns.
