Hi Coach. I have 2 problems in the overhead position. In the snatch, my right shoulder can't stay in place when trying to get a stable rack position. I pinch my shoulder blades back maximum and have tried several different positions, but when the wheight comes over 110 lb, my shoulder collapses as if close to luxation, even though it 's not heavy. My second problem is getting into full elbow extension i the jerk even with a relaxed grip. I do better with a wider grip but that brings me closer to my first problem. any ideas?
