Hey Mike let me know what you think of my clean. Also how can i build more upper back strength?

Can you please send the video through youtube? I do not have drop box. As far as building more upper back strength, you can do pulls, snatch push press, pull ups, jerks, sotts press, snatching, clean and jerking, etc. Upper back strength is important, but lower back strength is what you really want!!!! Strong back and abs and legs are crucial for lifters!!
