My elbows are slow and my 3rd pull under the bar is as well. I am using the hook grip and I am pulling weight to my upper chest but not getting under the bar. How can I improve my 3rd pull and elbow turnover- could this be a mental block as well?

matt, its about creating speed thru the middle and while that bar is going up you are going under the bar.....that transition under the bar is critical!!! start focusing there.....when the bar is moving up, you are pulling your body down and around the bar!!!
