ah...the evil wheel...its that small wheel with handles thru the hole in the wheel thatworks the abs....evil wheels are about $10 or so at k-mart....one kneels on the ground, grasping the wheel with their hands....then one pushes the wheel out in front while going from the kneeling position to the prone position...and i teach nose to the ground.....then one pulls their body back into the kneeling position...a very evil exercise....especially for those that can do the push out without kneeling!!!!
