Hi Coach!

I am two weeks out before a meet (it is on 1/8)I would like to know how should I be training for this next two weeks? What exercises should I be doing at what % of max? How many days per week? Please keep in mind weeks before this I have had an extensive training schedule which involves 5 days per week oly and 5 days per week crossfit plus isolation stuff like 3 days per week. I have way overworked my self and are sore is there any way I can still do well at this meet? Should I take the week before the meet completely off? Would love your take on this! Thanks, L

you are now 10 days out. lets look at it backwards. saturday the 8th: lift day friday the 7th: rest day thursday the 6th: snatch go to 70% of opener x 1 x 3 sets, cj: same. wednesday the 5th: snatch: go to 80% of opener x 1 x 3 sets. cj same tuesday the 4th: snatch: go to 85% of opener x 1 x 2, cj same, fs heavy single monday the 3rd: snatch: go to 90% of opener x 1, cj same, fs heavy single sunday the 2nd: rest day saturday the 1st: go to openers. meet conditions. friday: new years eve: rest thursday: sn 85%x1x3, cj same, fs heavy single wednesday: sn 80%x1x4, cj same. hope this helps
