Coach on weightlifting what warm up is the best.

anyone that works for you. personally i like lateral speed and agility. some of my athletes might do a 500-1000 mtr row..... burgener warm up is used as well. basically anything that gets the blood going.

how about on official competitions before lifting on the flatform.what warm up would you suggest

burgener warm up, skill transfer exercises for the snatch......lots of ohs....maybe some sotts presses.....then some light stretching after getting body heated up....then more of the same before you start adding weight. i encourage everyone to warm up their own style.
