Hey again, I was wondering, I compete on the Senior level and our nationals isn't until August, what do you suggest for training when a big meet is so far away? Thanks Coach B

really depends on your weaknesses....but i like to cyle a 4 wk program while during the first wk i use 3 pos lifts as well as lots of strength stuff....the 2nd wk we go to 2 pos lifts....lots of strength stuff....3rd wk we go to all barski stuff (high hang)....4rh wk we do only the lifts....5th wk back to the 3 pos but with higher %%. if interested i could send you a template of what its like....let me know. coach b
