Hey coach. my feet starting early in my workouts and i think it's because of my shoes. There a little big. could there be another reason?

It is hard to tell. It could be tightness, could be the shoes, could be the lifting service, etc. I doubt it would be the shoes, but who knows. Try rolling your feet out with a lacrosse ball and warming up extremely well with lots of lower body movements and smashing.
