Whats your opinion about adding extra heel on weightlifting shoes?
Im considering adding an extra 7mm (0,275 inches) to my ironworks II, because of very poor ankle flexibility.

the chinese use to do that all the time.....if you need it and cannot get the flexibility.....then add it.
