I recently injured my right wrist doing cleans. The wrist has no swelling nor is range of motion impeded. I tape during my lifting, and the pain subsides when I'm lifting, but comes back pretty severe the day after WO. Is there any alternative exercises I can substitute for cleans/power cleans while I let this heal?

do pulls! everything but the not turn the bar over on the shoulders. the hardest injury to fix is the wrist!!

How long should I lay off the wrist if I injured the wrist performing squat cleans and 245the lbs slamming on my wrist at the base of the thumb?Thrusters were part of the workout today and placing 75my lbs on the bar in the rack position was very painful. Any special exercises? What should i avoid? How long?
