Would you say its too much to combine your wod schedule with a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off of crossfit?

depends on your goals and what you are trying to accomplish and your current level of conditioning. i would check out the crossfit journal and see the article i wrote re oly lifting and crossfit. we put up a 8 wk workout that combined both philosophies. i would use that. get back to me if i can help more. coach b
