Do you generally list reps first then set. For example 80% x 3, 85% x 3, 90% x 3 x 4? Just wanted to make sure I was clear on that. Today's squat is 3 sets of ten reps

when i write a workout with no weights the 3 x 10 is 3 sets x 10 reps. but when i write a workout with %% or weights.... 80% x 3 x 4...that means 80% of 1 rm for 3 reps for 4 sets. today's sqt workout is 10 sets x 3 reps. love that one!! white buffalo in the sky isa coming!!! coach b
