Hi Coach- In the Bulgarian program spreadsheet I see, for example, working from 88% downward. But what kind of warm up progression to you suggest to get to the 88%? 1 or 2 short sets (1-2 r) at 25%, 50% & 75%? I usually start my sessions with the "Burgener warm-ups" with the bar and go up from there.

good question. i have my kids warm up the same way they would warm up for a meet. for example lets take an athlete with a 100 kg snatch or clean. this athlete would do the following:
bar x 3 x 2 sets
40 kg x 3
50 kg x 2
60 kg x 1
70 kg x 1
80 kg x 1
88 kg x 1
or another when more advanced:
bar x 3 x 2
40 kg x 3
60 kg x 2
70 kg x 1
80 kg x 1
88 kg x 1
one really advanced:
bar x 3 x 2
50 kg x 3
70 kg x 2
80 kg x 1
88 kg x 1
