Hey Coach B,
Wondering if you could suggest some shoulder flexibility/strengthening for the overhead jerk position. I personally have had some luck w/ SN Grip SQ Presses by moving my grip closer and closer. Could this be done with the jerk grip in a realistic way to slowly increase shoulder and upper back/scapula flexibility little by little. Again, any other suggestions, ideas, concerns would be much appreciated.

one of the stretching drills we use is to grasp a pvc pipe and hold the hands together overhead with the bar over the keep the feet and knees together as well. squat!!!! yep....squat keeping the bar over the ears!!! work on that and i promise you will get shoulder flex.
