This is probably a stupid question but after going over some of the wods I don't see a lot of movements for chest(Bench Press, Pushups). I'm coming off of 5/3/1 and I'd like to keep some of the strength I've gotten from the program. I know this is a oly lifting site at heart but I was wondering if how often you incorporate these movements in the wods? Thank you for your time.

With the program I'm on now, you'll see bench occasionally. I've programmed a 5/3/1 cycle before and will go back to it again, but in the meantime, if you want to throw bench and push ups in there once or twice a week, it wouldn't hurt you at all.
