Just responder to the CF forum. Love to see a newsletter... I'm 40 (in april) and done bbing forever with athletics and military background. Now CF has messed up my whole workout lifestyle with these olys... educate us on starting out as a newsletter topic... especially for us that are into the weights - good DL, squats, etc...
