Coach, I want to start following your crossfit programming. Do you recommend I start on December 2nd, 2013 on what appears to be a week one day one of your current CrossFitters cycle or do I start from today's Wod? Is there a specific goal for the crossfitters cycle that is currently in progress(Jan.2014)?

I'd recommend that you start from December 2. That is the start of a 12 week squat cycle that is progressive so to get the benefit you have to start from the beginning. The goal for the CF program is general GPP in CrossFit. The workouts will do a great job of getting you fit, but it is not a "Competitors" program.
