Dear Coach,
When I am snatching and cleaning I have trouble sliding the bar all the way up my thighs due to a weak back. Because of this I have a low take off point on my thighs. What exercises can I do so that when moving up in weight I can sweep the bar back?

I'd recommend snatch and clean halting deadlifts to strengthen your position off the ground, and then snatch and cleans off the blocks or from the hang position with your main focus on engaging the lats to keep the bar close and sweep it in.
