Hey coach
I know you probably get this question a lot but I'm having a lot of trouble locking my jerks out. My elbows just do not want to cooperate. I've tried everything from jerk balances to jerk supports. I've tried mobility wod thinking it might be a flexibility issue. I'm not sure how to fix it. I'm in need of some of help. I'm hoping you can help me out, any advice would be awesome.

while you are driving THINK DRIVING MY ELBOWS OUT TO THE SIDE!!!  that is a cue i  use when an athlete has trouble locking out.  also have you tried tall jerks?  bring bar to top of drive the body down as  hard and fast as you can landing in a 1/4 lunge!!  remember too fast hands, fast feet....while driving the elbows out!!!!  LOCK OUT!!!
