I read your comments from last time I posted and tried to apply as much as possible. When you have time please take a look at the vid below.
For now, This is as much as I can point my elbows down and out. I need to work on more flexibility if you think I need more "down and out." Also, I have more of a hand grip instead of just fingertips. I do have one question though, do you think I am shortening my dip and drive? Do you think I am not fully extending my knees back straight before splitting my feet? or is this ok? Thanks in advance.
