What can I improve on my technique?

Not a bad lift, but 2 major problems occurred:
1) You went around your knees. Remember the knees must push back and get out of the way of the bar during the first pull. It is crucial to hit a good "launch" position and load the hamstrings. Halting snatch deadlifts would be a good drill to fix the problem.
2) Your shoulders are internally rotated when you received the barbell. In order to be stable and hold any large weight overhead, your shoulders must be externally rotated. Snatch balances would be a good drill to practice.
