Been lifting for a while and started doing olympic lifts. Love the aspect of crossfit and Olympic lifts. Looking at your program I was wondering if you could do the Olympic lifts workout and crossfit workout on same day? If not how do you know what days to do crossfit and what days to do olympic lifts? Thanks!

Each program is programmed separately, so whether your body can handle both is your call. You could try it out and see how your body responds, and if you were to do this, I'd break it up into 2-a-days. With that said, I'd recommend that you follow the CrossFitters program and form there if you need/want more work, perform the Oly WOD. The CrossFitters program will definitely incorporate a lot of Olympic lifting too.
