Hi Mike,

Been doing front squats and I tend to push more with one side than the other. Here is a 30 sec video.

Any cues of what I should focus on to get rid of this?


More often than none, you are stronger on your left leg; therefore, you are leaning that direction. Start from scratch, focus on technique and perform each squat with perfect form! Look up KStar videos on for more detailed answers. Keep training hard!!!
