Hey mike,
I'm competing in the ECG competition this Saturday. I am also relatively new to Olympic lifting. I am trying to put together a program to help address weaknesses I know I have. I was wondering how to determine which percentages and and number of reps in each Work out and phase. I could use some guidance as every programm I see tends to vary.


i would tell you to follow my 12 wk program that i have on my site. in a ideal world i would have you here and i would control all your workouts based on what we see. so this program is the best you can do in my opinion.
