owl must mean olympic weight lifting. when taking someone new on the lifts and begin to program i follow a template:
classical lift: sn or cln and jerk
a over head
so it might look like this:
3 pos snatch
the next workout might be:
3 pos clean
rack jerks bnk
i can vary anything i want and would initially use a classic periodization model.
