I saw in your Q&A that someone was asking about you "daily OWL routine". Would you have a link to that or a description? Thanks!

owl must mean olympic weight lifting. when taking someone new on the lifts and begin to program i follow a template:

classical lift: sn or cln and jerk
a pull
a over head
a leg
a core

so it might look like this:
3 pos snatch
sn pull
sn pp
good mornings.

the next workout might be:
3 pos clean
rack jerks bnk
clean deadlifts
weighted abs.

i can vary anything i want and would initially use a classic periodization model.
