Coach, when shruging the bar do I also pull with my delts or just the traps?

I wouldn't put that much thought in the shrug if I were you. The purpose of the shrug is to create speed and elevation of the barbell, so for the split second where the barbell becomes weightless, you can PULL YOUR BODY DOWN AND AROUND THE BAR!!! So don't think of the shrug as this long, over exaggerated pull but instead a quick violent pop of the traps that gives you just enough time to get under the bar.
